  Mold processing, mold assembly, and mold maintenance: We have 36 engineers and technicians in our mold department with experience in mold processing, quality control, assembly, and maintenance. Our mold processing workshop are equipped with more than 15 top high-precision mold processing machines, plus advanced equipment for quality control. All mold parts will be checked by strict QC before releasing into the assembly line. Our strong mold maintenance capability can make our production operate smoothly.

  Mould design: With 9 experienced mold designers and engineers in our technology department, our team use the up-to-date expertise and techniques in mold design and development. We currently own 260 high-precision molds with about 100 molds dedicated for automation tip production. Most of our sophisticated molds for automation tips have 48 cavities to ensure the high production yield.

• Manufacturing

  Automated manufacturing process in clean environment

  All our manufacturing processes are operated in our 6000 M2 class 100000 clean-room. Our modern manufacturing facility has more than 70 injection mold machines, most of them are top-line high-speed electric ones from Sumitomo/DEMAG. On top of that, we have built up an automated process integrated with automatic feeding, mold-injection production, filter installation, and tip assembly for our OEM robotic tips, which ensure the high-quality of our products, as well as the high efficiency of our production.
